Help has finally found you.
I'm Megan, a Certified Menopause Mentor based in Winston-Salem, NC, serving clients across the United States via video call. I support anyone assigned female at birth through perimenopause and menopause with education, guidance, and real human support.
Together, we can work through things like...
Hot flashes and night sweats
Brain fog and memory lapses
Sleep disruption
Mood swings and anxiety
Low energy and fatigue
Weight and body changes
Loss of confidence
Intimacy and relationships
Nutrition and movement
And most importantly… feeling like yourself again.
How it Works
Step 1:
Book your free Discovery Call.
No commitment, no pressure. Just a warm 30-minute conversation to see if we are a good fit.
Step 2:
Share your story.
In your Initial Mentoring Session we take a full look at your symptoms, your history, and what you need most.
Step 3:
Leave with a personal roadmap.
Clarity on what is happening, what to do next, and the ongoing support to get you there.
61%

You are not imagining it. You are not overreacting. You are simply not getting the support you deserve. That is exactly why this practice exists.

This started with my own story.
I know this journey firsthand. I'm navigating perimenopause myself, and for a long time I felt completely lost. The brain fog, the mood swings, the exhaustion... I honestly thought I was losing my mind. Nobody handed me a roadmap. I had to piece it together myself through natural remedies, lifestyle changes, and eventually HRT. Once things shifted, I knew I had to do something with that experience. I became a Certified Menopause Mentor because I don't want anyone feeling the way I did: confused, dismissed, and alone in one of the most significant transitions of their life.
I work with clients across the United States via video call and alongside a trusted network of local professionals including hormone specialists, nutritionists, and yoga practitioners, so that whatever you need, we can get you there together.
I hold a Practitioners Diploma in Menopause Wellbeing from the Holistic and Wellness Course Academy, accredited by the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM). This diploma qualifies me to practice as a Certified Menopause Mentor and covers the full spectrum of perimenopause and menopause including symptoms, hormonal health, lifestyle interventions, and holistic support strategies.
I am committed to ongoing education in this field and to providing support that is always evidence-based, compassionate, and grounded in real experience.
